"The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

"This charming little apartment is in a great location, off the beaten track but still within a few minutes' drive of downtown Watkins Glen. The view of the lake, at least in Fall, can't be beat, and we could hear racers at the Speedway doing laps in the morning. The pictures are accurate -- the bedroom is very cozy, but the living area and bathroom are good-sized and the kitchen and bath are nicely modern with full-sized appliances (no mini-fridge here!).
